Whether it be a short trip to Peng Chau or Macau, long weekends are made for having fun. And if you want to be further away from the hustle and bustle and go on a short trip from Hong Kong like Cambodia, here is our guide: Public holidays Hong Kong 2019, so you know when to take your annual leave.
Public holidays Hong Kong 2019

Next year, Hong Kong gets a grand total of 16 public holidays, that’s actually one less than this year, but the timing of the 2019 holidays are way more user friendly.
For those who fancy long weekends (who doesn’t though?), there will be four Fridays off in 2019; and three Tuesdays off – meaning that you can take a Monday off for a sneaky four-day holiday three times! We all need something to look forward to, and it’s never too early to start planning your time-off in 2019, so it’s time to do so!
