Chilli Fagara has launched the ultimate fiery finger foods for everyone to enjoy the hot-new Fagara Aperitivo in true Asian fashion. Bringing much-needed bar vibes back, the Fagara Aperitivo allows diners to get their hands or chopsticks dug into their favourite comfort foods, followed by a cold one or two – either at home or in-restaurant.
Craveable appetisers come in the form of the restaurant’s famed chilli-oil dunked Pork & Vegetable Dumplings, Ma La-style Hot Wings, golden-fried Crispy Calamari, tangy Pork Riblets and simple but satisfying Vegetable Spring Rolls. To enjoy Aperitivo-style, guests can select any three snacks to share and every order will be served with six chilled beers, from 5-7pm daily – making for the hottest happy hour in town.
The mainstay Sichuan restaurant’s At-Home Aperitivo offers the same Ma La Tang nibbles, presented in easy-to-share, eco-friendly containers – available via Deliveroo every day of the week. Each tongue-numbing and mouthwatering set (HK$388) includes three drinking snacks and six bottles of Peroni, ideal for a mini soirée or post-work social of up to three people.
