Victoria Harbour will be the star this New Year’s Eve with a countdown performance for the books. A special edition of “A Symphony of Lights” will usher in 2023 with a multimedia light and sound show that illuminates the night sky. The show will be synchronised with pyrotechnics set off from the rooftop of buildings on Hong Kong Island to end the year with a bang.
