Jimmy’s Kitchen reopens in Pedder Building
Almost a century since it first landed on the streets of Hong Kong in 1928, the iconic Jimmy’s Kitchen is reopening at Pedder Building. Executive Chef Russell Doctrove seeks to preserve Jimmy’s storied history and magic while bringing its classic continental cuisine to the next generation. Draft Land opens in Causeway Bay
Always having trouble finding a seat at Draft Land in Central? You’re in luck, as the neighbourhood favourite is expanding across Hong Kong Island to a new Causeway Bay location! Continuing the “cocktails on tap” concept, 20 curated beverage options (both cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks) will be available to sample on tap. Serving coffee tonics in the afternoon and cocktails as the hours go by, Draft Land’s CWB branch will also include two new exclusive cocktails inspired by the area. Liberty Group expands in Quarry Bay

Curated by “Demon Chef” Alvin Leung, Forbidden Duck blends traditional Chinese flavours with modern culinary techniques. In addition to its famously innovative take on Peking Duck, exclusive dishes, like Fried Prawns in Salted Egg Yolk with Corn Flakes and Boneless Duck with Taro and Plum Sauce, are featured in this new location. On the same floor, you’ll find a new branch of Cloud Nine Hotpot, which specialises inauthentic Southeast Asian flavours with its seven aromatic homemade broths. The Thai-inspired broths, like Tom Yum Goong and Nyonya Laksa, serve as excellent bases for the sumptuous array of meats, seafood, and other classic toppings. Last but not least, the renowned Qi – House of Sichuan is also arriving in Quarry Bay with an extensive menu of mouth-watering Sichuan cuisine.
