Those looking to pay Poseidon a visit must bring a feast fit for the gods from Wan Chai’s Greek taverna, Artemis & Apollo. The Odysseus Onboard menu ($228 per person) sets sails by bringing to table everyone’s favourite Mediterranean classics; from Tzatziki Theodoros to Hummus and Roasted Eggplant dips, paired with pita, crudités and a choice of spit-roasted Chicken or Pork Souvlaki.

3. Ask for Alonzo
The mini buffet everyone looks forward to in the middle of a junk party can be a tricky one as hungry folks rush out of the water and it’s basically first-come-first-serve. Ask for Alonzo caters a well-built menu ($198 per person) with veggie options available like the Rice Balls Arancini with Truffle Mayo and Basil Pesto Fusilli with Sun-Dried Tomatoes.
