Fuel Espresso
Hong Kong’s premium espresso bar welcomes a brand new curated cocktail and drink menu. Enjoy new wines, champagne, craft beers and three divine expertly crafted espresso martinis, handshaken with quinoa vodka and luxurious coffee liqueur. Ukiyo wagyu-mania and expanded menu
Calling all beef aficionados and Japanese food lovers, Ukiyo is unveiling six premium wagyu options. If you’ve never tried wagyu, then it’s a must! One of the six unveilings is the extremely rare Iga Wagyu that’s available only at Ukiyo Teppanyaki Steakhouse.
Seafood lovers will also be thrilled as the menu gets a splash of life with king prawns $150, Japanese scallops $180 and more.
