Le 39V Anniversary Celebration
In celebration of the first anniversary of Le 39V in Hong Kong, Founder and Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Le 39V Paris, Chef Frédéric Vardon, will be in town until 6 October to present a special Four-Hands Dinner menu designed by him and his protégé Chef Nicolas Raynal, Executive Chef-de-Cuisine at Le 39V Hong Kong. The Butchers Club limited-edition burger
In honor of the new Head Chef Don Neville, The Butcher’s Club is unveiling their limited-edition Singaporean Chilli Crab Burger for $120. If you haven’t heard about the hype around the soft shell crab then we’ll get you up to speed – it’s delicious! So much so it even made it on CNN Go’s top 50 delicious foods. Artisan de la Truffe opening

ZUMA Hong Kong has a fresh new look
In celebration of over a decade in Hong Kong, and a continued commitment to the city, Zuma has spent the summer working with long-time design partner, Tokyo-based Noriyoshi Muramatsu, to redesign the restaurant to focus on nature, tradition and human warmth – key concepts to ZUMA Hong Kong. Diners will also be able to spot changes to the menu as new dishes and seasonal luxury ingredients have been added to give an additional bit of flair. Japanese wagyu tataki, truffle ponzu and Robata grilled king crab with lime butter return as well as live music and exquisite cocktails.
