ABOUT YOUR COACHES
*AMÉLIE – Sharing is caring
Amelié was born in France and fell in love with South-East Asia while studying in the Philippines. Many travels and countless adventures later, she settled in Hong Kong in 2016 and began her Yoga Journey. After several years of personal practice, Amelié stepped out of her comfort zone and took her first Yoga training in India. She is now a 200-Hours RYT, dedicated to sharing her passion to help others. Continuously exploring life through a Yoga lens, her classes are powerful, playful, and heartfelt. Because sharing is caring, her approach is centered on each student’s well-being, with close attention to detail and unlimited patience.
*CHERYL – creating wellbeing through sound
While on a business trip to London, Cheryl joined her first gong meditation after a yoga class. She was immediately hooked after feeling a deep sense of relaxation simply from listening to the soothing sounds. Thereafter she attended sessions to balance a high-pressure corporate life. After an unexpected surgery, Cheryl went to a sound meditation and directly felt the deeper healing effects of vibrational sound. She has since studied with teachers from all around the world! Cheryl’s sessions have a mindful, nurturing, and compassionate approach. She is a Master of Wellness at the Four Seasons Spa. and also gives back by providing regular community sessions.
