The Women’s Five is more than just a run. It’s a journey of fitness, health and inspiration that ends in a 5km run. When joining the event – you can choose to join the tribe, and take part in the 5 week health and fitness program and do the 5 km run. Or just do the awesome 5km run. Either choice will lead you to an event where all participants join together to celebrate their strength and weeks of training and run 5km!.
