“The best women’s 5K running event in Hong Kong, and so much more.”
The Women’s five is more than just a run. It’s a journey of fitness health and inspiration that ends in a 5K run. When joining our events – you can choose to join the tribe, and take part in a five week health and fitness program (yoga, running, HIIT, meditation, Mindfulness) and then do the 5K run. Or just do our awesome 5K run. The choice will lead you to an event where all women join together to celebrate their strength and weakness of training and run 5K! Individual of team of 2 entries available.
The fitness program starts on 3 September and the 5km run will take place on 7 October.
