HandsOn Hong Kong’s Board Member, Clinton Yang, has organized Krav Maga self-defense workshops for women on Monday, 25th November to mark the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Participants can choose between a morning or evening session. Volunteer instructors from the Hong Kong branch of the International Krav Maga Federation (“IKMF”), including the Expert Level 2 ranked Director of IKMF Hong Kong will be conducting the class.
Krav Maga is one of the most efficient self-defense systems in the world developed by the Israel Defense Forces (“IDF”). It focuses on practical techniques to be utilized in real-life situations with a philosophy based on aggression and simultaneous defensive and offensive techniques.
All proceeds from this intensive workshop will go to support HandsOn Hong Kong and our ongoing calendar of 150+ volunteer programs offered each month as a free public service. Thank-you to Optimum Performance Studios for generously providing the space for these sessions.
