Focusing on veggie-forward delights, guests can expect dishes such as: Nepalese Ricotta and Spinach Momos with smoked chilli and tomato achaar, Crispy Rice Salad with lemon-kale pesto, and Baked Aloo Gobi Cauliflower with potato thins, crispy lentils, beet and mint raita and hazelnuts.
