Begin with a deep red Champagne cocktail and end with a decadent sweet of “rose” yuzu crémeux. Be wooed by enticing duos of fresh oyster and scallop tartare, caviar and line-caught seabass, and wagyu and lobster, and delectable threesomes of caviar, Arctic char and Kamchatka crab, and black truffle, Ibérico ham and foie gras.
