The countdown to the new Season of the Longines Masters Series begins as it enters its final stage. The new season of the international Show Jumping Series will start in Paris, home to the European leg of the Grand Slam Indoor of Show Jumping before it continues its journey across continents to Hong Kong on 15-17 February, 2019, at AsiaWorld Expo.
The programme highlights include:
15 February: AWE Trophy – The mythic arena of the Longines Masters of Hong Kong opens its doors to the 5* riders with the AWE Trophy. Table A and 1,45m class and presented by the premier world class venue in Hong Kong
15 February: The Hong Kong Jockey Club – The HKJC Race of the Riders. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Trophy and The HKJC Asian Challenge
16 February: Masters Power Maserati Trophy – Power and agility in a competition of high jumping that defies gravity with special USD 10K bonus for +2m-high jump
16 February: Longines Speed Challenge – The fastest riders compete in a race against the clock
17 February: DBS Trophy – A combination of agility and speed on a tricky course that forces riders to stretch hard into several fences while competing against the clock.
17 February: Longines Grand Prix of Hong Kong – World’s best riders and horses compete in an emblematic event of the Grand Slam, to claim the trophy of the Longines Masters of Hong Kong
16 & 17 February: HKJC Asian Junior Challenge – Asia-dedicated competitions in the prestigious setting of the Longines Masters series’ arena
