Björn Frantzén from three Michelin stars awarded restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm is bringing his first-ever overseas location of The Flying Elk to Hong Kong. The restaurant is set to open on 16 June with a unique experience for Hong Kong and is ready to start taking reservations today.
Dedicated to offering the best contemporary dining experience, Chef Björn will create innovative dishes such as Halibut paired with a sherry & beurre noisette hollandaise, pork belly, broccoli and hazelnut; Roasted Elk Sirloin, served with Frantzén “hot sauce”, bitter salad and jus roti; and Grilled Beef Short Ribs & Ox Heart, made with horseradish, celeriac remoulade and pickled mustard seeds.
