Mexican Space Artist, Nahum, is premiering his latest project Stories From Home at the Hong Kong Arts Centre. This audiovisual concert illustrates the Earth’s recent changes with poetic narratives, crafted by artificial intelligence and based on data gathered by satellites.
What might we learn from the conversation between a river and a mountain? What are the cries of the wind and the whispers of a burning forest? By orchestrating videos, artificial intelligence, illusionism, and music, Stories From Home reveals the multiplicity of stories that elude the human eye, connecting individual intimacy to the global flow of change and machine activity.
This audiovisual concert will take the audience on an otherworldly journey to gain new appreciation for existence on Earth and in the universe. Accompanied by local musicians Anna Fan (percussion) and Scott Murphy (saxophone), don’t miss your chance to listen to the rhythms of nature.
