This January, SoHo’s neighbourhood Thai kitchen, Soul Food Thai, welcomes Chef Dylan Jones, one half of the duo behind Bo.Lan, to its kitchen for two nights of collaborative cooking. Joining Soul Food’s founder Chef Jarrett Wrisley and Soul Food Thai’s own Chef Charrin Singdaechakarn, the three chefs come together to create one menu of outstanding Thai fare.
