Perrier® Hong Kong launches the “Perfect Cocktail by Perrier® challenge”, inviting all professional bartenders to create original drinks inspired by flavours of the world under the theme “Perrier® Around The World”, with fabulous prizes to be won!
To enter:
- Create the “Perfect Cocktail” with Perrier® (minimum 80ml of Original, Lime, Lemon, Ginger Lime or any Perrier & Juice), two ingredients, and one garnish.
- A Perrier® product (can or 33cl glass bottle) must be visible in your Reel/photo.
- Follow @perrier_hongkong on Instagram.
- Post your Reel/photo by 11:59pm, 11 July 2022 on Instagram.
- Share the ingredient list and inspirations behind the recipe in your caption.
- Hashtag #MarryPerrierWith and tag @perrier_hongkong as well as the represented venue.
- Read the T&C and fill out this Google Form to be eligible to enter and win prizes.
The top six first round entries will be chosen by the judges according to appearance, balance of flavour, and storytelling to advance to the final round. The semi-finalists will recreate their first round drink during the live finale, where the top three bartenders will then move on to the final round. Finalists are required to create one final drink with the theme “Revisit A Classic Using Perrier®: pay tribute to the past, live in the present, be relevant for the future”, with ingredients sponsored by Hendrick’s and Lillet.
Prizes
As bars were one of the most badly hit industries during the pandemic, Perrier® will give back to the industry with some amazing prizes. The top three industry professionals that wow the judges will receive:
1st: Individual cash prize of HK$20,000 and 12 months supply of Perrier® to their venue
2nd: Individual cash prize of HK$10,000 and a three-month supply of Perrier® to their venue
3rd: Individual cash prize of HK$5,000 and a three-month supply of Perrier® to their venue
Judges
Perfect Cocktail by Perrier® creations will be evaluated by four judges:
- Jay Khan, mixologist and co-founder and owner of COA and Mezcal Mission
- Antonio Lai, mixologist and owner of Quinary
- Dimple Yuen, co-founder and head distiller of Two Moons Gin
- Tatum Ancheta, Editor-in-chief of Time Out Hong Kong
