From 20-24 June, Ludovic Mey is coming to TEST KITCHEN from his acclaimed restaurant Les Apothicaires in Lyon, bringing with him unique cuisine that has won multiple awards. Ludovic and his wife Tabata’s backgrounds and influences, from the Rhône-Alpes region and South America respectively, allow their accents to combine with Nordic influences that provide a melting pot to delight Hong Kong diners, offering cuisine never experienced before in the city.
