Le Méridien Cyberport celebrates the arrival of the Year of the Rat with sumptuous Chinese delicacies in January at Nam Fong. The Chinese Restaurant is launching a number of festive dining offers to welcome the Lunar New Year. This season, Chef Bosco Li has launched two classic homemade Lunar New Year Puddings: Turnip Pudding with Conpoy and Coconut Chinese Pudding. Both New Year’s cakes are made with fresh ingredients, without any artificial preservatives added. Enjoy them at home or offer them as tasty gifts to your friends and family. Early bird price discount available when ordering online on or before January 17, 2020.

In addition to these succulent Lunar New Year Puddings, Nam Fong team has also created special menus for the occasion. The Chilled Abalone topped with Korean Honey Citron Sauce and Balsamic Vinegar Caviar will delight every palate. Being soaked in cold yuzu sauce for three hours makes them juicy and tender. Not only your taste buds will rejoice but your eyes will also enjoy a beautiful show of these Abalone served in a spectacular and refreshing ice mist. Chef Bosco is also happy to introduce his “Lo Hei” – Salmon, Tiger Prawn, Sweetened Walnut, Melon, Honey Melon, Jelly Fish and Lemon in Japanese Sesame Sauce. The twist of the recipe was to pair the salmon with honey melon and cucumber, giving the dish a refreshing taste compared to the traditional “Lo Hei”.
You will also have the opportunity to try the Deep-fried Turbot Fish topped with Sautéed fish and Sweet Peppers in Black Bean Sauce. In the shape of an elegant boat, the turbot fish is paired with beetroot crisp representing the sail. A treat for the eyes and the palate!
Guests may also enjoy a selection of delicately crafted dim sum items including Pan Fried Dumpling with Chicken, Mushroom and Carrot, Steamed Pork Knuckle with Black Moss in Bean Paste, and Steamed Glutinous Roll in Coconut Milk and Red Rice, to name a few.
Lunar New Year menu and Lunar New Year dim sum selection are available from January 25 to 31, 2020. Spring dinner package is also available starting from HK$5,888 per table of 10 persons.
