It’s the return of La Paloma’s Hot Wednesdays! This series presents an impressive roster of collaborative dinners between Chef-owner Alex Fargas and some of the industry’s most prominent culinary figures.
After the great success of the first Hot Wednesdays collaboration with Chef Yongsoo Doo of Liberty Exchange Kitchen and Bar, La Paloma will welcome Chef Mukogawa Satoru of Sushi Kuu on 22 March, presenting a unique array of Japanese-Spanish tapas and one special giant paella, focusing on fresh seafood and intricate plating.
