Calling all fans of bubbly! Jebsen Wines & Spirits will join the renowned “Sparkling Festival” this year. As part of French Gourmay, a French winery-style pop-up store is set up at Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay.
May Wine & Champagne Tasting Workshop
Until 20 May, seven masterclasses will be conducted by professional sommeliers and wine masters, introducing sparkling wines from France and Japan, wine pairing, and demonstrating sabrage – the technique of opening a champagne with a sabre. Your palate will be taken on a wonderful journey to explore the wisdom of both wine-making and tasting. All seven workshops are now open for registration at Jebsen Wines & Spirits online shop.
