Light up the autumn afternoon as Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui partners with the renowned Japanese makeup brand RMK to launch “Fall in Monochrome” Autumn Afternoon Tea at Cafe from 1 September to 31 October 2023.
Taking inspiration from RMK’s “Love Monochrome” fall collection 2023, the hotel’s culinary team has meticulously curated a palatable array of sweet and savoury delicacies, including nine dainty treats crafted with seasonal ingredients in autumn earth tones to sweeten your afternoon.
The tea tray comes laden with a range of delicate autumn-inspired sweet treats. Be delighted by the moist and smooth pumpkin cheesecake that melts in the mouth and the signature French dessert Mont Blanc made with crunchy meringue, almond cake and chestnut vermicelli. Indulge in the fluffy and creamy Matcha honey profiterole, adorable chocolate and raspberry pecan nut tart, as well as fruity caramel pear tarte tatin. Don’t forget the freshly baked red wine fig scone served with marmalade and clotted cream.
Nibble on an array of gorgeously made bite-sized savoury treats, including refreshing tuna and salmon ceviche, evocative duck rillettes in sesame cone garnished with golden cracker, and the flavourful scrambled egg with corn and crispy parma ham chips in black truffle soft bun. Enjoy it with a choice between Pumpkin Martini and Salted Caramel Espresso for a perfect autumn afternoon indulgence.
