On 22 September, guests will feast on impeccable contemporary Japanese dishes over a 6-course dinner priced at 1,088 per person, meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Kyle Lee. Each course is expertly paired with a distinct Daimon Sake, creating a symphony of flavours.
