Glow With Eve and Natasia Sun

Glow With Eve is a bi-monthly event located at the stunning harbourside venue of Tamar Park. The one-hour evening event begins with a fun and empowering creative workshop to help tune participants into a moment of mindfulness, followed by a 20-minute mat-based workout with the inspiring Eve Bliss brand ambassador Natasia Sun. The evening will conclude with an unwinding session of rehydration and rejuvenation with Eve Recovery Soda and Eve Spritz!
