Join us on Saturday 20th July for an afternoon of floral mindfulness. Recharge and rejuvenate your mind and body at our serene floral-filled Sheung Wan studio for yoga and mediation sessions.
The afternoon will begin with a gentle flow yoga session led by Nikita Ramchandani, founder of boutique yoga studio Kita Yoga. Complete your mindful journey with floral sound bath meditation by Minnie Cheung of Mins yoga, experience a deep state of tranquillity to the sound of singing bowls while the sweet fragrance of fresh flowers fill the air.
Tickets include yoga and mediation sessions, drinks and Floristry at M&L flowers to take home. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.
