The fifth edition Everbright Spartan Race Hong Kong will return to Kam Tin Country club on 10 November. Besides the usual Sprint Race (6 km, 20 obstacles) and Super Race (12 km, 25 obstacles), there will also be a brand new race type this year, The Hurricane Heat, which is inspired by military-like training.
Aiming to push Spartans past their limits and challenge their strength and stamina in ways beyond their imagination, participants will be assigned to random teams to complete a series of obstacles and tasks that requires cooperation and communication.
The Spartan Kids Race will occur on the same day with a total of 2 km and 11 obstacles. These young Spartans must race under the company and moral support of a parent or guardian. The goal of the Kids Race is to nurture children’s interest in sports and active living also pushing them to take on challenges.
