Estiatorio KEIA has launched a semi-buffet brunch showcases authentic Greek cuisine and Mediterranean flavours. Guests are first invited to choose from a variety of seasonal dishes available at the fresh market counters. The range of tempting starters includes pita and spreads, salads, fresh oysters, grilled seafood, Greek garnished flat bread as well as the signature Greek ceviche and tuna tartare.
For the main course, diners can select from four delicious options served at the table, including oven-roasted half chicken, grilled seabass and seafood bucatini with bottarga. The Sunday brunch is priced at HK$488 per person or HK$776 with the deluxe beverage package featuring free-flow prosecco, house wines, beers and cocktail of the week.
For an additional HK$200, guests can enjoy unlimited pours of Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur NV. To enhance the leisurely vibe, the Sunday brunch also features a DJ and live music.
