Join us Wednesday 23rd of October for a special night where East meets Middle East. This is Chef Corey’s take on Chinese flavours together in a melting pot with Middle Eastern accents.
Start the night with Cured scallop with fermented chilli and sumac, peanut and almond milk ; Silken Chinese steamed free-range egg with sesame, soy and crispy sucuk ; Drunken Cloudy Bay clams served with a crab and preserved cabbage salad.
For the next wave, think Char siu cauliflower with smashed salted cucumber ; Twice-cooked master stock pork belly
with its homemade XO sauce and Whiskey and plum smoked duck served crispy with homemade pickles.
End the night on a sweet note with a Ginger milk pudding and
walnut cookie crumb.
The menu costs $605 / person and only a limited number of menus will be available on the night.
