Inspired by classic, seasonal poultry dishes, Executive Chefs Ray and Devon infused Asian elements to give guests an unmissable experience by bringing out the finest flavours of seemingly ordinary ingredients.
The Knife and Spoon Chapter 7 – Game of Poultry will be available from Wednesday 1 December 2021 to Monday 31 January 2022. It offers three set menus for gourmet tasting: Silhouette Experience (four courses), Abstract Experience (six courses) and Full Experience (eight courses).
