Victoria 22 will be hosting two sessions of the Chef’s Experience with Chef Charmaine Cheung every Monday to Wednesday during the month of April, excluding public holidays. Guests can enjoy a decadent 6-course lunch with exquisitely created dishes or a late afternoon amuse-bouche, both accompanied by free-flow or a la carte drinks, served in a stunning modern-chic atmosphere.
Acclaimed Chef Charmaine Cheung promises patrons a delicate balance of Western and South-East Asian flavours by placing the spotlight on bringing out the 5th taste of umami. The Chef’s experience will be offering two options for the 6-course menu: Seafood Symphony and Meat Quartet. Chef Cheung’s masterful skill, technique, knowledge, and culinary flair are presented in each of her dishes.
