To celebrate Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui’s 10th anniversary, Cafe will once again bring the dining experience to the next level by showcasing a total of 10 signature dishes made by the international culinary team at the dynamic live cooking stations, available from 1 October to 30 November 2019.
Renowned for its signature Poached live Boston lobster, Cafe has ramped up its culinary excellence by serving whole Kanpachi, Hiramasa and Hamachi from Kyushu freshly carved to all fish aficionados between October and November. Diners’ taste buds will also be delighted with the creamy melt-in-your-mouth Tuna and salmon roe gunkan sushi at the sushi station.
Those who prefer hot seafood dishes will be impressed by the garoupa, which will be prepared using three different cooking methods: Steamed whole garoupa with ginger and spring onions, Garoupa fillet noodle soup and Home-smoked garoupa fillet freshly made from the oven with special aroma from Canadian oak. Other highlights include Double-boiled abalone, red dates and wolfberry soup and Soft shell crab tempura, to name a few. All these are sure to impress even the most discerning palate.
Meat lovers will fall in love with the Western hot station and teppan station, where rich and buttery Foie gras and Traditional beef Wellington are served, a classic dish on the British dining table.
A culinary journey is never complete without a visit to the dessert corner. The famous freshly baked durian tarts from the oven are simply irresistible to all durian fans.
The all-day restaurant Cafe also serves an impressive range of freshly made delicacies from different live cooking stations, ranging from freshly sliced sashimi and sushi, teppanyaki and tempura, a great selection of top-quality marinated meat grilled à la minute, and a fine selection of fresh pastas and pizzas to authentic curries and fresh naan breads, an array of Western antipasti, salads, cold cuts, seafood on ice and homemade desserts.
