Life affects Life, Alex further spreads positive energy
From the very beginning, apart from the fundraising mission, Alex also sees his challenge of swimming around HK Island an opportunity to bring positive energy to others, no matter able to achieve the challenge or not. Alex always believes in life affecting life, ‘After completing the challenge, I really wish to share the whole process: from preparations, all kinds of trainings to the challenge day, through the medium of art, images and videos. Most importantly, I hope to continue to share the spirit, and hopefully reinforce once again and let public understand more about the charity works of A Drop of Life.”

For those villagers in the underprivileged regions, clean water is never granted for them. And the mission of A Drop of Life is to help solving the water supply, storage and filtration problem for them. In order to understand better the situation of the water shortage problem and the usage of the donation in the beneficiary area, Alex Fong together with another ADOL’s ambassador Stephanie Au, paid a visit to Cambodia earlier, also brought back the unfiltered water and bucket used by the villagers to Hong Kong. Simulated filter, water pump will be showcased at the exhibition, demonstrating how the water purifying system works and improves the water sanitary in a simple theory. VR (Virtual Reality) filming was also done during the visit to bring back a VR journey for public to experience the works of A Drop of Life in first-person perspective, where Alex and Stephanie will lead the visitors within the VR video, to the rural area of Cambodia and show how they try to fetch water and build water pump.
