4. Yue, Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel
From 22 January until 5 February, Yue will be offering the Prosperous New Year Menu for groups of four, and a more extravagant New Year Celebration Menu for groups of six. Both feature an array of classic festive favourites such as Roasted Suckling Pig; Braised Bird’s Nest Soup; Stir-fried Glutinous Rice with Assorted Air-dried Cured Meat; Sweetened Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Dumplings, Lotus Seed, and Aged Tangerine Peel. 5. Ying Jee Club
Two-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, Ying Jee Club, is welcoming the Year of the Rabbit with two freshly handcrafted and preservative-free puddings: Coconut Milk Pudding with Ceylon Tea, and Turnip Pudding with Conpoy and Air-dried Meat. The former is soft and chewy, and presents a creative twist on the classic coconut milk pudding recipe; the latter is a crowd favourite, made with turnip, premium conpoy, dried shrimps, black mushrooms, preserved Chinese sausages, and Chinese bacon.
