It’s not every day you get to celebrate a 30th birthday, and Swissôtel The Stamford hits the momentous milestone this year. To celebrate, it’s hosting an epic brunch 70 floors up at the stunning Equinox Restaurant. This one-off spectacular sounds like it’s going to be a brunch of champions; we’re talking free-flow Dom Pérignon, exquisite food, and the chance to win a trip to France’s Champagne region worth a staggering $10,000. If that doesn’t warrant dragging your sorry, hungover behind out of bed on a Sunday, nothing will.

Arriving with an empty stomach is advisable as the buffet spread sounds divine. The obligatory seafood station will be packed with succulent bounties from the sea – think Boston lobster, three types of oysters, live prawns, and impeccably fresh sashimi including tuna, salmon, Hokkigai, Hamachi and Tako. The seafood-fest doesn’t end there; be sure to indulge in the caviar menage a trois of individual dishes including watermelon with Sevruga caviar, Wagyu tartare with Baeri royal caviar, and sea urchin with Oscietra caviar.
Other buffet highlights include a burrata bar and Parmesan live station to get your fromage fix, an Ibérico ham station, and a spider crab station serving up numerous Asian-inspired indulgences including chilli crab, naturally. And don’t forget to save some space for a sweet treat to finish! We love the sound of sesame matcha macarons, olive oil sponge cake, and deep-fried coconut semi-fredo.
Warning! You might want to book Monday off work; with Dom Pérignon, cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits in free-flow, we’ve got a sneaking suspicion things might get messy in the morning!
