That\u2019s right, it received the rare [we are talking Michelin-star-rare here] status of entry into the prized \u2018Les Grandes Tables Du Monde\u2019 [The Grand Tables of The World<\/a>].\u00a0 This recognition is a huge deal for a restaurant in Indonesia to have, and Mozaic join some of the world\u2019s most famous restaurants in the list, including Lucas Carton, Le Louis XV and Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e, Guy Savoy and The French Laundry.\u00a0 Mozaic is the second restaurant in South East Asia and the first in Indonesia to win this award, so a huge congratulations to them!<\/p>\n

Their three menus that make up the tasting menu, Gastronomique, offer guests a sensory culinary adventure by combining traditional Indonesian flavours with French culinary decadences.\u00a0 Enjoy the Grand Menu [made up of 6 or 8-courses], the Vegetarian Menu [made up of 6-courses], and the Surprize Menu, all of which can be paired with wine.\u00a0 Mozaic boasts one of the most comprehensive wines lists in Bali, and includes a number of hand-picked vintage bottles in the collection.\u00a0 The menu\u2019s do change, as Chef Chris Salans has a strong commitment to using local produce in his cooking, so the dishes are dependent on what is available at the market that day.\u00a0 Expect nothing less but incredible flavours and colours when you dine at Mozaic, making it a must visit restaurant whilst you on the island.<\/p>\n
