From start to finish, the chef prepares every course directly in front of you, serving guests one by one across a tightly choreographed 13- or 18-course menu.<\/p>\n<p>The experience begins with refined appetisers like scallops, smoked amberjack and angel hair pasta with sweet prawns, before moving into pristine sashimi, hand-formed sushi, Japanese wagyu beef and dessert. Though it&#8217;s barely a year old, it&#8217;s easily one of the most popular restaurants in Berawa. It&#8217;s a vibey, retro mix of a restaurant and a vinyl listening bar, with a bold, modern menu and serious cocktails. The dimly lit interiors, vintage records and relaxed energy make it an easy choice for dinner and cocktails, and there&#8217;s a lively crowd most nights.<\/p>\n<p>The menu spans the land and sea, from Wagyu beef tartare, to baked ocean trout and jerk pork chop. And of course, the craft cocktails are just as impressive, namely their twist on my favourite, the classic Negroni. This all-day restaurant in Berawa is from the same people who gave us Suka Espresso, Muda By\/Suka and Nusa By\/Suka. And just like its sister venues, this one ticks all the boxes. Think good vibes, incredible flavours, and a killer menu.<\/p>\n<p>They of course do brunch well, but I say, swing by in the evenings when it transforms into an elegant bistro. The wood-grilled prawns are the absolute standout, slathered in saffron butter. The crispy pork belly is also worth shouting about, as is the Black Angus Picanha, drizzled in a red wine jus.
