With so many options for eating out in Bali it can get a little overwhelming, but if you fancy a simple but tasty dish and a drink to wash it down with, then you will love the launch of the awesome food truck in Seminyak… Introducing ‘What The Truck’, the food concept brought to you\u00a0by\u00a0Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak<\/a>, offering a selection\u00a0of local fusion tacos, signature brew, local beers and refreshing mojitos!<\/p>\n

\"Eating
The Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak has a fab pool bar to quench your thirst at!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Located right in the heart of Seminyak, Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak<\/a> boasts a lush lagoon pool with a swim up pool bar and a fab all day eatery called Seminyak Kitchen. \u00a0But if they aren’t enough of an option for your hunger and thirsty pangs, their newly launched ‘What The Truck’ should be! \u00a0The truck is\u00a0located on the pedestrian walk in front of the hotel lobby\u00a0and is open for a full twelve hours a day [8am – 8pm] from the 25th April onwards, so grab a Bootstrap Cold Brew coffee if\u00a0its a coffee fix in the morning you need, or enjoy a\u00a0fish taco if\u00a0you want a\u00a0tastebud sensation at lunch time, or an iced crushed mojito\u00a0to relax after a long day in the sunshine!<\/p>\n

Grubs up! These delicious tacos come with chicken, beef, fish and more!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We all know how cool VW Vans are, which is why we love this food truck – it is a fully modified VW Combi Van! \u00a0And what makes it so special? \u00a0The paint job. They haven’t just gone with block colours like you see on most VW vans, no, they have done something pretty unique. \u00a0In an effort to engage with the local community they invited the students from the Faculty of Arts & Designs at the\u00a0Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar to submit their creative designs for the exterior of the truck. \u00a0And what would you get if you won? \u00a0A cool IDR 40 million cash prize, and your creative design to be displayed permanently on the VW Combi!<\/p>\n

\"Eating
The lucky winner was Yudi Aditya for his creative design<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I Putu Yudhi Aditya was the winner and, as you can see when you go and get yourself a delicious Beef Rendang or Babi Guling taco, the design is pretty cool. \u00a0 The art depicts the lively and colourful vibe of bustling Seminyak, with awesome cartoon illustrations and a chef mascot. \u00a0Like the food concept, the design is cool, funky and original. \u00a0We love!<\/p>\n
