Expect seafood, sushi, salads and charcuterie, alongside live cooking stations featuring a Christmas carvery, Tuscan seabass, braised beef shortribs, made-to-order pasta and all the yummy desserts. Then, on Christmas Day, settle in for a festive set menu, featuring tiger prawns, stewed soy-pork belly and sesame chicken schnitzel. And the celebrations don\u2019t stop there. Last but certainly not least is the NYE buffet dinner – another bountiful feast that’ll be followed by a 90s-style countdown party at the Splash Pool.
