Needless to say, it\u2019s cemented itself as one of Canggu\u2019s standouts \u2013 so much so, it even took Gold in <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/bali\/bali-best-awards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bali\u2019s Best Awards 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The focus is Southeast Asian barbecue, with share plates like Papuan crab <em>opor<\/em> on toast, satay skewers, and bold curries. If you want to go all out, the 800g dry-aged ribs are the showstopper.<\/p>\n<p>The cocktails hold their own too. The Yuzu Pandan was our pick (I love how it uses local flavours), while the Watermelon Chili comes with a proper kick. The sleek and stylish space sets the scene, with a stunning indoor dining room by the open kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>We sat close to watch the flavour-packed menu come to life, with sizzling parrilla-grilled meats, and next-level paella. We started with a few tapas (our favourites being the crispy croquetas and plump scallops) and the seafood paella to share. Then came the melt-in-your-mouth dry-aged beef \u2018Txuleta\u2019 that went perfectly with the patatas bravas. Naturally, you&#8217;ll want to pair all of this with a round of cocktails, a bottle of wine and lots of lovely desserts. I couldn&#8217;t stop munching on the spiced Gobo Chips, before I took a fresh bite of the Beef Tataki Salad. The flame-kissed red snapper was also a standout, overshadowed only by the premium Wagyu striploin. You can build your own, so we stuffed ours with pan-seared halloumi, kisir, pickled jalape\u00f1o, and garlic mayo. There are high wooden ceilings, a counter lined with tempting pastries, and even a cosy kid\u2019s corner that families in Sanur are already making the most of.<\/p>\n<p>For lunch, I tried the Moroccan Salad, but dinner was the real highlight. We shared a few pizzas \u2013 margherita, OG pepperoni and BBQ chicken \u2013 all served piping hot from the lava stone oven.
