Pre-departure: The business class of boating<\/h3>\n

It all began in Bluuu\u2019s private guest lounge in Serangan Harbour, which felt more like checking into a business-class airport lounge. It was calm and organised, with coffee, fresh juice and croissants laid out while we checked in.<\/p>\n

At the counter, we met Widya, Bluuu\u2019s warm and welcoming Customer Service Manager, who introduced us to our guides for the day and played a short, well-produced safety video before boarding (check it out below!).<\/p>\n
