If you\u2019re anything like me \u2013 craving sunrise yoga, beach days, and buzzing nightlife all in one Bali getaway \u2013 you\u2019re in for a treat. Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu<\/strong><\/a> is a sleek, surf-inspired hotel that blends wellness, beachy vibes, and Canggu\u2019s effortlessly cool energy into one seamless stay \u2013 just a stone\u2019s throw from the ever-lively Batu Bolong Beach.<\/p>\n

So, I went ahead and checked-in for a weekend getaway, and I quickly found out just how effortless it is to slip from a sunrise yoga class to sunset cocktails… All without leaving the resort! But of course, with Canggu\u2019s hottest caf\u00e9s and bars on my doorstep, I couldn\u2019t resist stepping out to explore…<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what I got up to during my stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, and what you can look forward to if you also choose this wellness-meets-play hotel in Bali.<\/p>\n

Movement, but make it fun!<\/h3>\n

The resort instantly got me hooked on the \u201cWhere Movement Meets the Moment\u201d concept. They offer a plethora of light wellness activities that flow through the week.<\/p>\n

To get your day started, you can cycle through Canggu\u2019s streets to visit temples and Batu Bolong Beach. My favourite? Morning yoga on the rooftop, complete with an ocean breeze and a glowing horizon. After brunch, I even went back to the rooftop to join the Aqua Aerobics. And FYI, these activities are complimentary for resort guests.<\/p>\n

Other sessions on offer? For an additional charge, there\u2019s a cocktail making class which wraps up just in time for sunset. Or, challenge your mates to a friendly game of beer bucket pong in the pool, with a floatie as your table! Up for something more heart-pounding? Move with power at a boxing class, or take a surf lesson in collaboration with Rip Curl.<\/p>\n

And if you want to keep things simple, try a Balinese arts and crafts class, or sweat it out at the 24-hour fitness centre, which has everything you need for a quick workout on your own schedule. Whether wellness to you means unwinding, socialising, or just stretching it out before brunch, Holiday Inn knows how to make it fun.<\/p>\n

Or maybe it\u2019s all the things you can do here, like sunrise yoga, daytime hangs by the pool, or sipping cocktails from the swim-up bar. It really feels like the beating heart of the hotel.<\/p>\n

It also happens to be one of Canggu\u2019s top spots for sunset, with laid-back tunes, comfy loungers, and a front-row seat to golden hour. Bonus: the resort\u2019s central location means you\u2019re just minutes from Batu Bolong Beach, and Canggu\u2019s best restaurants, boutiques, beach clubs and bars. It’s one of the most convenient bases in the neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

Of course, no hotel stay is complete without food. So, I swung by ROOMAH, the signature restaurant at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu. There, I found an elevated take on comfort food that hits all the right notes. The concept is simple but clever: they celebrate Asia\u2019s culinary roots while blending global techniques and flavours.<\/p>\n

I tried the slow-cooked chicken with Balinese betutu spice, which was kept authentic as promised. It came with steamed red rice, traditional lawar kacang<\/em>, peanuts and Bali\u2019s essential condiment, sambal matah<\/em>. There\u2019s also a focus on freshness and seasonality \u2013 great for those looking to eat clean but still with bold flavours.<\/p>\n

The open kitchen has just enough eclectic touches that makes ROOMAH feel like, well, \u201crumah<\/em>\u201d AKA \u201chome\u201d. It\u2019s a cosy place where you\u2019d happily settle into, long after your last bite. And here\u2019s an insider tip for families: they have a Kids Stay and Eat Free program!<\/p>\n
