If you haven’t seen it already (where have you been?!), Desa Kitsun\u00e9 is making waves in Bali, home to the Parisian-chic Caf\u00e9 Kitsun\u00e9 and Maison Kitsune\u0301. But with the addition of Ina R\u00e9, Desa Kitsun\u00e9 has fast become a boundary-pushing lifestyle destination, paying homage to slow island living and island-grown produce.<\/p>\n

A collaboration between Maison Kitsun\u00e9 and Savaya Group, Ina R\u00e9 is arguably the most progressive new restaurant in Canggu. The contemporary menu blends Mediterranean cuisine with Latin flair and local ingredients, best shared with a round of creative drinks and an ambiance that\u2019s all about good times. The menu at Ina R\u00e9 takes inspiration from Latin street food and Mediterranean flavours. Think raw starters, wood-fired meats and large plates designed to share with a succession of vibrant sides. We love swinging by for lunch \u2013 the wood-washed, avant-garde interiors set the scene to graze on fresh oysters, zesty ceviche (featuring the catch-of-the-day), and fire-grilled tiger prawns with apple, lemon and parsley.<\/p>\n

Then as day turns to night, Ina R\u00e9 transforms into a stylish and sexy dinner destination, buzzing with lively vibes and groups of friends swapping and sharing signature must-tries. The Milanese-style crispy eggplant gets our vote, together with the grilled calamari, the braised pork belly with apple mash, and the barbecued octopus cooked to tender perfection.<\/p>\n
