Starting with its top-notch facilities decked out with world-class amenities, you\u2019ll find plenty of space to practice, from the full-size boxing ring and MMA cage, to the open mat area and heavy bags. The wall-to-wall mats give you enough space for grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, while the air-conditioned strength and conditioning room is fully equipped to complement your training. And on your recovery days, you’ll want to make full use of the sauna and cold plunge too. It\u2019s no surprise that the former UFC bantamweight champion, Aljamain Sterling, and the grappling world champion, Craig Jones, chose to train at Bali MMA!<\/p>\n

Bali MMA is backed by a professional and diverse coaching team with various backgrounds and years of experience on the competition level \u2013 from the Olympics and UFC, to other world-class stages. First off, the class is open to all skill levels, whether you\u2019re new to Muay Thai or you’re brushing up on your pad work. You\u2019ll receive 100% of the coach\u2019s attention, as you\u2019ll be paired up to train one-on-one. This means that you can focus on exactly what you need to improve, be it your technique, fitness level or coordination. And finally, the welcoming environment of this class gives you all the supportive vibes you need to have fun whilst training. The 90-minute class begins with a warmup, followed by three (or more) rounds of pad work with your coach, plus bag work and conditioning.<\/p>\n
