The best cafes in Ubud tend to have one thing in common: a view worth travelling for, whether that’s rice paddies, a jungle canopy or just Ubud’s busiest crossroads for people-watching. Ubud is one of my favourite pockets of Bali \u2013 and no, not just for its temples and yoga studios! Ubud is where I go when I want a slow brunch, with plenty of options that are both healthy and indulgent.<\/p>\n

I’ve grazed my way through almost all of Ubud’s most popular cafes, hunting for the strongest coffee, the most nourishing breakfasts and lunch menus good enough to make you stay until dinner. What follows is the shortlist: the best cafes in Ubud I keep coming back to.<\/p>\n
