As for the menu, the restaurant perfectly marries the authentic flavours of Canton and Szechuan, jazzed up by modern techniques and presentation, courtesy of Chef Alex Kuan and his kitchen team. Start with the steamed prawn dumplings swimming in spicy Szechuan Mala sauce, and the crispy prawn cake with fresh seasonal fruit that\u2019s perfectly salty and sweet. For those with a classic taste, you\u2019ll be happy to know that steamed whole fish with ginger, scallion and soy sauce is on the menu, best paired with the Flying Crispy Noodles in Cantonese-style egg gravy. Looking for dinner and a show? Try the Signature 8 Treasure Flamed Chicken braised in flavoured clay and flamed table-side by the chef himself.
