So unsurprisingly, Bai Yun is all about this soup-style delicacy. I ordered the chicken herbal broth as my hot pot base, and a variety of seasonal vegetables, noodles, fresh seafood and premium meats. The best bit is, you can ask the staff for the best dipping sauce to complement your ingredients! They can even mix different sauces to suit your personal taste. Not into hot pot?
