Ahhh Sunday brunch – one of our all-time favourite weekend rituals. There really is nothing better than grazing the day away on fine food with great company, where friends and families can get-together for a multi-hour munching marathon…<\/p>\n

Well, one of our fave family-friendly beach clubs in Bali<\/a> has just launched its very own version of this weekly Sunday celebration, and this one\u2019s unlike any other we\u2019ve tried before. For starters, this brunch at Roosterfish Beach Club<\/a><\/strong> is called \u201cPenguins Love a Bath\u201d, which might just give you an idea of the fun and light-hearted vibes that are dished up at this Pandawa Beach icon. After all, Roosterfish is all about big icy drinks, buckets of beer, wood-fired pizza and seafood BBQs, so this one\u2019s guaranteed to be a goodie!<\/p>\n

The beachside brunch<\/h3>\n

Living up to its quirky reputation, the “Penguins Love a Bath” brunch takes place every Sunday at Roosterfish Beach Club<\/a>, serving up a super fun brunch for the whole family. You can graze your way across the buffet which includes a raw & seafood bar, artisan cold cuts and cheeses, an avocado counter, a collection of healthy salads and fun desserts, as well as a la carte main courses to pick and choose from.<\/p>\n

The appetiser buffet is of course the highlight here, with its delish spread of fresh seafood (hellooooo oysters, prawns, tuna and salmon ceviche!) as well as over 20 fresh and rustic salads, artisan cheeses, hand-carved cold cuts, breads and dips. But that\u2019s not all. Arguably the big brunch draw is Nicky’s Avocado Bar, where Chef Nicky himself whips up fresh-cut and unlimited avocados with poached onsen eggs and a variety of toppings.<\/p>\n

As for those a la carte dishes? Everything is prepared a la minute, just as you like them – think striploin steak with chimichurri and fries, and grilled prawns cooked in garlic butter. All of the ingredients used – from the buffet to the avocado bar and to the main dishes – are all locally sourced and fresh, with plenty of options for vegetarians too.<\/p>\n

And to keep the beachside brunching vibes alive? Roosterfish\u2019s resident DJ spins relaxed tunes while you eat, sip and soak up the sun. You don\u2019t even have to worry about keeping the kiddos entertained, because there are plenty of activities for kids throughout the day, not to mention the frozen yoghurt and ice cream bar, alongside tropical fruits and delicious fried bananas.<\/p>\n

Quirky, fun and playful, Roosterfish is the only beach club that\u2019s made a home on Bali\u2019s famous Pandawa Beach \u2013 a shimmering stretch of white sand at the base of a dramatically-carved cliff. It\u2019s the house beach club of Renaissance Bali Uluwatu<\/a>, situated 10 minutes from the resort with a free shuttle bus for in-house guests. Once you\u2019re down on the sand, it\u2019s a fabulous fusion of both land and sea (hence the name, Roosterfish) with fresh ingredients finding their way into the wood-fired pizzas, grilled seafood and oversized icy cocktails from the swim-up pool bar.<\/p>\n
