For the first time ever, The Restaurant at The Legian Seminyak, Bali<\/a> is offering up a fabulous feast each day that pairs two or three delicious courses with a chilled glass of fine Ros\u00e9 – right beside the Seminyak seaside, overlooking the resort’s iconic three-tiered infinity pool<\/a>…\u00a0<\/p>\n

Now, we know what you\u2019re thinking. A wine-paired beachfront lunch at a five-star Seminyak resort will certainly break the bank (and surely outside guests aren\u2019t allowed either) but this new Ros\u00e9 Lunch at The Restaurant is available to absolutely everyone – outside guests included – and the kicker? It comes with an affordable price-tag…<\/p>\n

Yup, if you thought The Legian Seminyak, Bali<\/a> was an ultra-exclusive resort reserved only for glamorous guests, you couldn\u2019t be more wrong. Sure, you\u2019ll want to wear your finest resortwear here (and The Restaurant is arguably the best ocean-front dining destination in Bali),\u00a0but at lunch time, this five-star icon comes with laid-back, al-fresco vibes – not to mention a glass of fine pink vino to leave you feeling warm and fuzzy in the tropical Bali sunshine.<\/p>\n

The Ros\u00e9 Lunch Lowdown<\/h3>\n

The Ros\u00e9 Lunch is available every single day from 12pm until 4pm, and you\u2019re invited to choose from a three-course or two-course set menu, paired with a glass of Ros\u00e9 – imported of course, and carefully selected from The Restaurant\u2019s extensive wine list (it was recently assigned the \u2018Award of Excellence\u2019 in the 2019 Wine Spectator Awards, FYI).<\/p>\n

As for the food, you can expect all of the same award-winning contemporary cuisine that The Restaurant is best known for, with its signature twist on Asian flavours using local, organic and sustainable ingredients – all curated by Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Stephane Gortina.<\/p>\n

If you opt for the three-course set menu, look out for scrummy starters like the Salmon Gravlax with saffron and herb potatoes, or the Caponata Poached Egg with a balsamic dressing. For mains, try the fresh Catch of the Day, or opt for the oh-so tender organic chicken fricassee. For dessert, our fave is the Pina Colada Cup with fresh coconut, closely followed by the tropical Mango Cup with banana and passion fruit…<\/p>\n

And if you do want a fancy fine dining experience<\/a>\u00a0for a fabulous date night<\/a>? Well then simply stick around until dinner time, because by nightfall, The Restaurant is all about the glitz and glam, home to its legendary fine dining dinner menu, with views of that<\/em>\u00a0infinity pool glowing beside Seminyak Beach.<\/p>\n
