Let us introduce you to <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/bali\/listing\/street-boi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Street Boi<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/bali\/hot-new-tables-in-bali-the-very-best-openings-of-2017-our-fave-restaurants-cafes-and-bars-this-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the new bao bun specialist in Seminyak<\/a>.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Breaking all the rules of a traditional bao, Street Boi is bringing a burger-like approach to the humble bao. Imagine the perfect pillowyness of a traditional bao, with its soft, supple and slightly moist feel. The Porky Pork does exactly what it says on the tin &#8211; a serious slab of twice-cooked pork belly, loaded with crunchy cabbage, apple, red onions and radish, then doused in a slap of Asian salsa verde and a Chinese glaze. It\u2019s sticky, it\u2019s soulful and it\u2019s all about fusing deep Asian flavours with slow cooked meats.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another kickass fusion is Chuck\u2019s Bao, and yes it\u2019s as mean as Chuck Norris himself. A chunky 120g hunk of beef is stacked high with smoked cheddar, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard, charged by a roasted garlic mayo and Street Boi\u2019s own signature sauce.
